Guangdong Petrel Electronic & Audio-Visual Publishing House Co., Ltd and Guangdong Language Audio-Visual & Electronic Publishing House Co., Ltd were established in 1996 and 1983 respectively and integrated in 2006. As a subsidiary of Southern Publishing and Media Co., Ltd now, it is a state-owned listed enterprise directly under the provincial government of Guangdong, with total assets of nearly 210 million yuan currently.

Since the integration, we have always adhered to the high-quality and double-benefit publishing strategy, pursuing the dual value orientation of culture and market, taking the road of specialization and branding, grasping the plate construction, and creating a series of high-quality products.
